Collection of general information

Direct booking option on the hotel website
Personal data requested by us in connection with a room booking will only be stored for as long as necessary for contract processing and any subsequent contract-related correspondence, or in the case of commercial and/or tax-relevant documents containing personal data, for as long as the statutory retention periods stipulated in the German Commercial Code and the German Tax Code require the retention of these documents. Direct booking option on a hotel website, combined with direct advertising via newsletter:
Personal data requested by us in connection with a room booking will be processed for the purpose of contract execution. We will also use your email address for direct marketing purposes for our own similar offers, unless you have already objected to this use. You can object to this use for direct marketing purposes at any time. Your email address will be stored for the newsletter as long as you do not object to this use.

Dealing with comments and posts

Embedded YouTube videos
We embed YouTube videos on some of our websites. The operator of the corresponding plug-ins is YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave., San Bruno, CA 94066, USA. Google Ads
Our website uses Google Conversion Tracking. If you have reached our website via an ad placed by Google, Google Ads will place a cookie on your computer. The conversion tracking cookie is set when a user clicks on an ad placed by Google. These cookies expire after 30 days and are not used for personal identification. Competition
On our website, you have the opportunity to participate in a hotel-run competition. The data provided in the competition form will be used exclusively to determine the winner. For this purpose, we log the completed participation form (data entered into the input mask, such as title, first name, last name, email, postal address), the sending of a confirmation email, and the receipt of the requested response. No further data is collected. The data will be used exclusively for the duration of the competition and will not be shared with third parties. Your data will be deleted after the competition has ended.
